Permanent Organisational Development Manager role working for an leading education provider

Your new company
This leading education provider is looking for an Organisational Development Manager to join their business on a permanent contract. They are looking for a candidate to sit as part of the senior strategic management team and assist this large organisation with OD related projects. This will be a permanent position and will be based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Your new role
As an Organisational Development Manager, you will report to the HR Director. This strategically directed role will see you supporting the cultural change project, design and develop a leadership framework, work on a large scale project plan, design and implement OD projects, developing content and toolkits for managers, coaching stakeholders on OD related matters, facilitate workshops, develop an organisational action plan and support implementation of an employee engagement survey. Your major stakeholders will be the leadership teams of the organisation, the People and Culture team, external training providers, and key decision makers across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive experience in Organisational Development specifically within a large organisation. You will have demonstrated experience in planning and setting a strategic approach to leadership development and organisational culture initiatives. Impeccable communication and influencing skills will see you be successful in this role, in addition to your professional and positive approach to Human Resources and Organisational Development.
