Temporary Organisational Development Consultant role within a state government department.

Your new company
This statutory authority works in partnership with a large state department and is involved in protection and enhancement of works within their industry. They are looking for a high energy, professional and experienced Organisational Development Consultant to support a culture change project across the business. This will be initially a temporary role until the end of June and will be commencing immediately.


Your new role
As an Organisational Development Consultant, you will report to the HR Director. This strategically directed role will see you supporting the cultural change project, developing content and toolkits for managers, coaching stakeholders on OD related matters, facilitate workshops, develop an organisational action plan and support implementation of a Wellbeing Framework. Your major stakeholders will be the leadership teams of the organisation, the People and Culture team, external training providers, and key decision makers across the organisation.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need extensive experience in Organisational Development. You will have demonstrated experience in planning and setting a strategic approach to leadership development and organisational culture initiatives. Impeccable communication and influencing skills will see you be successful in this role, in addition to your professional and positive approach to Human Resources and Organisational Development.
