Your new company
A globally recognised organisation based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. The HR team is currently going through a transition period and are looking for a Rewards and Performance Manager to assist

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager of People and Culture, the position will encompass a variety of responsibilities;

  • Lead a review into the organisation's current remuneration and performance management strategy, policies and guidelines.
  • Design and implement performance management strategies, processes and tools.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to create alignment to organisational objectives and priorities.
  • Manage cyclical remuneration and benefit activities

What you'll need to succeed

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Significant experience in remuneration and performance management.
  • Knowledge of remuneration and benefit design, theory, methodology, best practice, industry trends and the regulatory environment.
  • Expertise on compensation trends, changes and laws within Australia and New Zealand.
  • Satisfactory Working with Children's and Police check.
