Your new company
Our client is a global leader in Automotive Industry based in North Melbourne. The organisation is going through a significant transformational change and requires an experienced National Training Manager to lead and grow this area of the business.

Your new role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing national training delivery initiatives, critical compliance, development training and key launch programs:

  • Identify training needs through analysis - development, implementation and evaluation of training strategies for each region.
  • Direct the monitoring and supervision compliance framework and its delivery through Brand and Training Managers.
  • Providing training specialist advice to regional sales teams and growth development.
  • Arrange and facilitate quarterly/yearly Region Training events.
  • Provide SME input and insight to the development training content and presentation material as required.
  • Co-ordinate and deliver face to face training courses and programs aimed at training Sales Teams to ensure they can effectively and efficiently perform their training obligations.
  • Co-ordinate and at times, represent at business forums, meeting and conferences as required.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in a Training Manager/Relationship Management Role.
  • Financial Services or Automotive Industry Experience desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skill and Negotiation Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in in Business or Finance, Workplace Training & Education or similar.
  • Experience in Analysis with Stakeholders and SME's
  • Delivering Training with all levels of Stakeholders
  • Experience with Blending learning, Face to Face and eLearning
  • Engaging and a passion for training
  • Able to work in a fast paced and evolving organisation
  • Inspire, Customer Focus and Innovative in your thinking.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills and MS office
