Join this tech giant as part of their Global Rewards team as a Benefits Strategy & Design Manager for a 12-month contract, focusing on managing benefits programs across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Your new role

Oversee the annual renewals of local benefit programs, including policy design assessment, vendor management, and the end-to-end design and delivery of programs. Key programs include group risk insurance, pension programs, medical insurance, and annual health check programs.

Collaborate with the Senior Director, Benefits Strategy & Design for APAC to ensure local benefits programs align with the global reward strategy and comply with local legislation.

Serve as the expert on local country leave and benefit policies, providing consultative support to the Employee Success team and the business.

Drive the utilisation of benefits through communication strategies, including the delivery of a wellbeing calendar throughout the year.

Support the annual benefits benchmarking exercise by analysing

Act as the single point of contact for benefits vendors in the region, managing them effectively
What you'll need to succeed

Approximately 8-10 years of experience in developing and delivering large benefit programs in the APAC region, with a deep understanding of plan administration, payroll processes, and country-level regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and establish effective partnerships with external service providers to ensure quality service.

The ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and discretion, managing multiple projects across different countries.

Strong technical knowledge of benefit programs, including effective questioning, storytelling, project management, and data analysis skills to drive business decisions. Deep knowledge of insurance practices and retirement programs (e.g., Superannuation) in the region is essential.
