Learning & Development Specialist required for a project-orientated temporary contract SOR.
Our client, based in Henderson, is seeking the expertise of a learning and development specialist to support a number of key projects to commence immediately.
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the design and development of their competency framework, job mapping, and creation of development pathways specifically for blue collar roles.
This is a three-month temporary contract to commence immediately and is based South of the River.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced learning and development professional, ideally from within the blue-collar sector, and be able to demonstrate your ability to develop frameworks from inception, design and development through to implementation.
This will be an office-based position, so residency in Perth is essential.
