Learning and Development Advisor role in Melbourne CBD, temporary contract, immediate start.

Your new company
An excellent opportunity has opened to work with for a forward-thinking Government organisation in the Melbourne CBD. This respected and growing governing body is recruiting a suitably experienced Learning and Development Advisor. Your new company is a vibrant and positive place to work, focused on delivering for the Victorian public.

Your new role
Assisting the wider Learning & Development team, you will coordinate learning days and support the facilitators at these events. Following these events, you will gather feedback and evaluate and report on this. You will be involved in aspects of the design, working closely with other members of your team to constantly improve the training. A high level of stakeholder management will be required in this role, via email, phone and face to face you will be dealing with State Government Executive Officers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in an L&D coordinator position and have had exposure to organising training events. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you will enjoy working closely with others. Exposure to evaluating feedback and reporting on this would be beneficial. Key to success in this role will be your strong stakeholder management skills and high level of attention to detail. Government experience will be looked on favourably.
