Australia’s most visited, privately owned tourist attraction is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to actively support and drive a learning culture and enhance the capabilities and competencies of its employees.  

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, facilitating and evaluating learning and development initiatives as well as coordinating all necessary administrative arrangements for the implementation of various training activities. 

You are a pragmatic individual who is passionate about learning and development and the potential to grow both employees and the broader business.  You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and therefore have great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.  You will have significant experience using Learning Management Systems (preferably Litmos) and experience with designing and delivering workplace training.

Your communication skills are one of your greatest assets and you enjoy working with stakeholders at all levels of the business to inspire a continuous learning environment.
