Due to a considerable amount of growth within the organisation, a newly created role is now available for a Learning and Development Administrator to join their established team.
Your new role
As the Learning and Development Administrator, you'll be the backbone of all learning and development initiatives, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide your expertise to the wider Organisational Development team, keeping their data accurate and reports timely ensuring that training events are flawlessly co-ordinated. Working hand-in-hand with the Learning Consultant and People & Culture Administrators, you'll help deliver seamless learning programs with a key focus on compliance and precision. Your duties will also include but not be limited to;
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all training records are up to date and accurately reflected within the system to meet compliance requirements.
- Identify gaps in compliance and escalate any issues to the manager of Organisational Development.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and employees to support the delivery of learning programs.
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of learning processes and systems.
- Provide feedback on areas for improvement to Learning Consultants on learning materials and content.
- Collaborate with external training providers to facilitate course delivery to maintain compliance regulatory requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this opportunity, you will have a passion for all things Learning and Development orientated, be a highly organised individual who excels at multitasking. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will have demonstrated experience within a Learning and Development role, proficient within systems and have a collaborative approach.
