Are you a HR advisor at the moment looking for your next step? Then this might be your new role.

Working close together with senior stakeholders in the business you will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters. You are reporting to the HR manager and will work together with dedicated and senior HR professionals.

In this role, you are the main contact person for your client group consisting of business units located all over Australia. Questions will relate to ER, IR and general company policies and procedures. Next to this, you will partner with the senior stakeholders of the business and support them with the implementation of new HR strategies while managing HR operations.

To be successful in this role you are currently working as HR advisor and have at least 3 years experience in a similar role. You have worked with client groups located at different sites and know the Australian legislation by heart. You are a natural relationship builder and your stakeholder management skills are on point.
