My client is a leading Financial Services Organisation with a strong reputation for quality advice and products.  The business is growing and therefore the Recruitment and broader HR Function is evolving to support the future organisation.

Embedded in and working with a collaborative group of HR Generalists and other HR Specialists, the Recruitment Team is supporting the business through a period of change.  The role is delivery focused, handling multiple vacancies which will be filled through a combination of direct hires and agency candidates.  

Whilst the role may have some 'BAU' responsibilities (i.e supporting some hiring) the role will have a strong project bias.   Proactive measures may include hiring manager training, promoting more of a self service approach and also initiatives around future strategic sourcing.

The role is well suited to an experienced corporate recruiter, already established in house.  Exposure to Financial or Professional Services sectors will be highly regarded but other sectors can be considered.  This role will be offered as an initial 12 month fixed term contract.  (There may be options for perm / extensions).
