This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's professional services businesses. Currently in the process of a number of large scale acquisitions, including a global mining business, this organisation has  entered an exciting period with a new vision, energy and motivation with HR playing a major role in developing the future and is needing an experienced Human Resources Manager to develop, implement and drive the people strategy.

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, the successful Human Resources Manager will partner with the business to build their capability to manage and lead their people. You will have strong generalist skills including performance management, Employee Relations, recruitment, performance and salary reviews. In addition you will also work on a number of projects including succession planning, employee engagement and leadership development training. 

About You
As the successful candidate you will also possess the following:
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Change Management and Employee Relations capability 
• Identify key retention strategies to engage and retain workforce
• Able to manoeuvre a matrix reporting line
• Develop and implement HR Processes
