About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager, you will report directly to the Human Resources Director, ANZ & SEA and work within a small, high performing HR function.  This is a varied role where you will partner with the services division and drive and implement business aligned HR programs.  You will also collaborate with the local and global HR teams on specific HR projects that will enable a more contemporary function and, as the IR/ER subject matter expert, you will provide advice, guidance and direction around the organisation’s Enterprise Agreements.  Examples of activities will be to:
  • Coach people leaders to develop their people management capabilities and understanding of core people processes around such things as talent, remuneration, recognition etc
  • Collaborate and implement programs that drive culture and engagement
  • Own and drive engagement initiatives within your client group
  • Build relationships with the unions and manage and renew Enterprise Agreements where appropriate
  • Manage end-to-end investigations
  • Streamline and improve HR processes locally
About You
As the successful Human Resources Manager, you are degree qualified with a proven track record of driving change across blue and white collar environments.  You are a solid generalist with a strong industrial/employee relations slant to your background and have outstanding stakeholder management skills.  You enjoy a role where you will get your “hands dirty” across the plethora of HR activities.
