Permanent role for a HR Coordinator based in northern Sydney with growth opportunities

You will be joining a business that operates in a blue-collar industry that is forward-thinking in its practices. This is a permanent role based in the north of Sydney. This role is full-time working in the office and is very close to public transport. With an attractive salary dependent on experience.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR Manager, your key duties and responsibilities will be:
  • Recruitment/onboarding/offboarding
  • Organising inductions for staff and training
  • Preparing reports for senior managers
  • W staff training/inductions
  • Completing Staff Requests like issuing Employment letters, separation letters etc.
  • Updating any staff changes or movements and other employment data
  • System administration as and when required
  • Work on projects and initiatives as directed by HR Manager

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking a dynamic People and Culture Co-ordinator who is seeking to take their career to the next level. You will be organised proactive and have previous expertise supporting a busy People and Culture Team.
