This international organisation is a leader in consumer finance. They have seen significant growth recently and are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role
Reporting to the People and Culture Business Partner Leader, you will work in true partnership with key business leaders to ensure the best level of service is offered to your portfolio. You will be responsible for coaching line managers to improve their people management to deliver optical outcomes for employees and the business, including effective change management practices and providing top level HR service and advice on people management, employee relations, HR policies, procedures and frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 7 years experience as a seasoned HR Generalist with end to end performance management experience accompanied with the ability to confidently manage complex employment relations cases. You will have excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals and always perform with a customer focused approach. As a down to earth, approachable and genuine HR Business Partner, you will enjoy assisting peers and colleagues and have the opportunity to coach and mentor those around you. Experience with Workday HRIS and a background in supporting contact centres would be advantageous.
