An experienced HRIS specialist with Success Factors is required for an exciting new position.
A newly created position exists for an experienced HRIS Specialist with Success Factors to join this mining organisation as they transition from project to operation phase.
Working closely with the people and culture team, you will act as the conduit between their tech team, people and culture, and their external consultancy provider.
Modules implemented include payroll, recruitment and onboarding, as well as performance and remuneration.
You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the creation of workflows, analysing the gaps and providing solutions to remediate them. Responsibility will also include the implementation of mid-year updates, and ensuring that effective coaching and training is provided for the people and culture team to facilitate their learning journey. This position will work in conjunction with the payroll team to implement roster changes and manage the organisational structure and changes as required. Governance and Risk will be an integral part of the role to incorporate diversity and other reporting requirements, as well as systems workflows for performance to integrate reward and recognition.

To be successful in your application, it is essential that you have a prior comprehension of people and culture workflows, coupled with a strong knowledge of Success Factors.
The position will initially be offered on the basis of a two-year fixed-term contract.
Hybrid working will be offered for 2 days WFH and the remainder of the days split between their offices both South of the River and in Perth CBD.
