Your new role
Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Identify HR system needs in consultation with P&C Leads and stakeholders
- Resolve HR operational, compliance, and data integrity issues with stakeholder input
- Design dashboards and reports to guide business decisions
- Manage performance cycle setup and maintenance in HR systems
- Support payroll and ensure system integration across HR and corporate platforms
- Configure HR systems to meet business goals
- Provide system support and issue resolution across People & Culture
- Assist with change management, communication plans, and user training
- Create test case scenarios for system functions
- Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate HR data and integrity
- Monitor and track system changes via ITSM tool
- Follow WHS procedures and ensure team compliance
- Perform other relevant duties as required
- Promote safe work practices and report incidents promptly
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Skills in cloud-based HR systems, ideally in large organisations
- Operational HR Knowledge, with an ability to speak to the data, looking at metrics, trends etc.
- Played a key role in HR system implementations and project teams.
- Experienced in reviewing business processes and stakeholder consultation
- Proficient in process engineering and mapping techniques
- Able to configure systems and create specs for custom reporting
- Capable of delivering briefings and training sessions
- Familiar with ATS, Aurion, or CSOD (advantageous)
- Drives change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledgeable in IT change management practices
- Understands data and cybersecurity principles
- Proven track record of successful vendor collaboration
