Hays Human Resources has partnered with a national company to appoint an experienced Human Resources Information Systems Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract. Your new role
As the HRIS Coordinator, you will work closely with the HRIS Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation of the new system nationally.

This role will include such responsibilities as:

  • Support process improvements with the system to ensure workflow effectiveness
  • Manage reporting function
  • Liaise with the employee base to filter feedback for process improvement
  • Prepare communications for the wider organisation of key stages in the HRIS change


What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate a strong understanding HRIS and hold previous experience with a HRIS implementation in a business. As this business is transitioning from Preceda to Kronos, it is necessary that you hold this HRIS experience. You will hold such personal attributes and skills as:

  • Highly organised, with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Professional and well-spoken
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve a team goal
