This position is a permanent opportunity that would suit an individual who has previously held business partnering roles with a strong industrial relations orientation. It is essential for this role that you have prior working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, coupled with previous union engagement. You will be able to demonstrate how you have supported prior negotiation or re-negotiation of industrial tools and your ability to mitigate risk through effective case management and implementation of best practice.
