About the Role

Working closely with the GM of NSW and Senior Leaders, you will be managing the NSW clinics portfolio, consisting of approximately 200 employees. 

As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will be partnering with multiple stakeholders across the business to develop and implement a variety of local and global HR innovative change projects.

This opportunity is a front-line business partnering role, involving on-site coaching and mentoring across a range of areas within the HR remit, balancing BAU and core projects. 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Ability to interpret legislation, regulations, awards, industrial agreements, policies and procedures
  • Experience managing ER/interpersonal matters
  • Experience with integration of new business and setting the stage for future acquisitions will be essential
  • Experience coaching line managers and supporting staff
  • Ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
  • You will be curious and comfortable with ambiguity and be able to truly thrive in an agile environment. 
  • The ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive relationships with colleagues and client groups
  • WorkDay experience is desirable 
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable
