An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced People & Culture professional to join a high-performing organisation in a true business partnering role. Working closely with leaders across the organisation, you will provide pragmatic, end-to-end HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, organisational development, and HR operations, helping to drive a positive, high-performing and inclusive workplace culture.
This is a broad and hands-on role where you will coach and advise leaders on performance management, workplace investigations, and complex employee relations matters, while also partnering on strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in delivering HR projects, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and enterprise agreements, while building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
About you:
You are an experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations expertise, including workplace investigations and dispute resolution. You bring sound knowledge of employment legislation, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of an organisation. Highly organised and proactive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering practical, people-focused solutions that support both operational outcomes and strategic objectives
