We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join a large and fast‑paced organisation on a 3‑month contract, starting ASAP. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly experienced and collaborative HR team, supporting a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.

• Acting as a key point of contact for your business units, providing expert advice on people practices, policies and procedures
• Managing a range of employees and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliant and commercially sound outcomes
• Supporting and delivering change management initiatives across the business
• Partnering with Centres of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, L&D, WHS and Payroll
• Driving employee engagement, performance and cultural initiatives
• Advising leaders on workforce planning, performance management and people strategies

• Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
• Strong ER/IR experience within complex environments
• Demonstrated ability to take a consultative approach with stakeholders
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and industrial frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
• Experience in large or matrixed organisations highly regarded
• Local Government experience beneficial but not essential

• $80 per hour + super
• Hybrid working (3 days in office, flexible arrangements)
