Organisation requires an experienced HR & Recruitment Officer to start in May, Brisbane based with WFH
Your new company
We have partnered with an established company who operates in the O&G sector. Due to continued growth and new projects, they require an HR & Recruitment Officer to support their team.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, some key duties will include:

End to end recruitment activities on a high-volume basis
-
Mobilisation of new staff on projects; managing visa and compliance process

Arranging medicals and clearances
-
Maintenance of an employee and talent pool register
-
HR and recruitment reporting as well as policy and procedure writing
What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following:
-
Experience working in recruitment and mobilisation within a high-volume and project-based organisation

Qualifications in HR are highly desirable
-
The ability to write policy and procedures around HR and recruitment is desirable

Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Excel will be highly regarded

On offer is a contract role to start in May and work through to January 2025 with the ability to turn into a permanent position. Based in the Brisbane CBD, this role offers WFH options.
