As a critical member of the HR team you will be responsible for delivering, supporting and coordinating recruitment, induction and training services across a quality-driven customer-service centric environment. This role will also be responsible for the booking of medical appointments, liaising with candidates regarding travel arrangements, and being the first point of contact for a variety of HR related enquiries.

  • Key to the role will be to provide Administrative and recruitment support to the team;
  • Prepare all pre-employment documentation;
  • Reference checks, medicals, assessments, police checks as required;
  • Visa and mobilisation;
  • You will ensure candidate care and communication is free flowing and consistent, upholding the reputation of the organisation.

We are looking for a team player who is self driven and has the ability to work in fast paced environments and deliver high level customer service while working with short deadlines. Ideally you will have a minimum of 1-2 years HR Admin experience and or supported a recruitment function. You will need to hit the ground running however there will be coaching and training provided to ensure you feel part of the team!
