About the Role

Reporting into the People & Communications Delivery Lead, as the Human Resources Projects Consultant you will be supporting the delivery of projects aligned to the business' Workforce Strategy and annual business plan.
  
You will be providing support and collaborating across the team to undertake project planning, consultation, implementation and evaluation including:
  • Facilitating the progression of project work in accordance with plans and change management principles.
  • Developing and maintaining key project stakeholder relationships as required.
  • Consult with key internal stakeholders during the development and implementation of priority projects.
About You
  
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience as relevant to the key accountabilities. Experience in a HR environment would be preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading workforce-related projects, preferably with some exposure to volunteers.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating, networking and influencing internal and external stakeholders to gain support for initiatives.
  • Experience in project management and managing change.
  • Strong communications/interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work equally effectively in team environments as well as on tasks which require high levels of initiative, autonomy and independent action
