My client is a niche Financial Services Organisation which is operating in an attractive office environment on the fringe of the CBD.   The HR team of 5 includes a permanent payroll officer.  This role is for a systems savvy HR and Payroll specialists who can run reports, produce presentations and act as a back up to the payroll officer.

The role will include - 

- Working on various HR projects
- Producing cyclical reports on headcount costs etc
- Overseeing compliance of the Payroll / Remuneration Process
- HR reporting on areas such as engagement and WGEA
- Deputising in running the payroll and doing final checks

The role requires someone who is analytical who has -  
  • Payroll experience, ideally with HR / Remuneration
  • HR analytics experience 
  • Contemporary knowledge in awards / pays cycles,  LSL, annual leave entitlements etc
  • Advanced / intermediate Excel
  • Basic Powerpoint
