Your new role
Your new role as People and Culture Officer supports a range of operational activities within the People and Culture team. This includes providing administrative support across employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment administration, payroll, onboarding, employment changes, records management, and assisting with HR systems and data accuracy.

What you'll need to succeed
It will be desirable to have experience within Human Resources and or recruitment within a large organisation. The ability to follow procedures, manage various tasks and deliver accurate work is essential along with meeting deadlines and maintaining confidentiality at all times. This role would also require a quick start given the length of the contract.
