A part-time HR Manager is required for a small but growing organisation based North of the River.
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced standalone, part-time HR Manager who has the ability to further support the creation of an effective HR function as they continue to grow and evolve for the future.
Reporting to the Director and supporting the leadership and management teams, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle including:
This is a part-time opportunity which be offered on the basis of 24-30 hours to suit. However, in years to come, as there is further growth, it is an opportunity for hours to further extend.
This role would suit an experienced standalone HR practitioner who is generalist in their capacity and has prior working knowledge of small/medium-sized businesses within the blue-collar sector. It is essential that you have Australian work experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
Car parking is available on the premises.
Hours can be flexed for school hours or three/four days to suit.
