HR Manager opportunity within a well-established service and operations business. This role is based primarily on-site in Clayton, with hybrid work from home flexibility available for discussion.
You'll be responsible for leading the full HR function across a workforce spread across multiple states, partnering closely with operational leaders to keep things running smoothly from both a people and performance perspective. Travel will be minimal and only required occasionally.
The role covers end-to-end HR including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce development. A big focus is also on building capability, strengthening culture, and supporting ongoing improvements across how the business operates day to day.
This is a hands-on HR role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the action, solving problems quickly, and working closely with employee and leaders in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
