We are partnering exclusively with a thriving insurance provider, currently entering an exciting period of growth and enhancement, to help them find a professional and engaging HR Manager in Sydney.
In this newly created and standalone role, you'll be joining an agency that is known for its top-service and specialised team, well recognised in the market for its customised and expert approach.
As the HR Manager, entering into a business that is about to double in size, you will be critical in building a best-practice HR function that will set the agency up for long-term success. This will include building from the ground up, strategic planning, and ongoing partnering with business leaders.
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity, reporting directly to the CEO.
Main responsibilities;
To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned People & Culture professional with strong experience working in a corporate or professional services landscape. You will have excellent knowledge of employment law and local legislation. You will be comfortable working in a standalone and hands-on environment and will enjoy HR operations as well the opportunity to develop some strategic initiatives with the leadership team.
