An exciting opportunity has become available for an HR Manager to join this growing, commercial business based in the heart of the Sydney CBD. Reporting into the CEO, and partnering with the executive leaders and business you will play a key role in driving all aspects of HR operations with some strategic components for this fast-paced, fun and performance focused Australian ASX listed start-up.

This is a stand alone role, where you will work in partnership with the business to plan, drive and deliver all aspects of HR including employee experience, workforce planning, reward and remuneration, talent and retention, capability, employee relations, payroll and HR projects.

You, the ideal candidate will be;

  • An established HR professional with minimum 6 years of experience, broad generalist skills ideally within a small to medium sized enterprise.
  • Experience of working as an HR Manager in a stand alone role will be highly desirable.
  • Degree qualified
  • An exceptional communicator and relationships builder
  • Superior when it comes to stakeholder management and have the ability to influence at the leadership and executive level and across multiple functions.
