Your new role
This is a leadership opportunity reporting directly to the CEO. You'll provide stability and hands-on guidance to the HR team while shaping the next phase of their people strategy. key responsibilities include:

Leading HR operations across multi-country regions

Managing and developing a high-performance HR team

Driving strategic projects and supporting cultural initiatives

Overseeing retail award compliance, performance management frameworks and talent retention initiatives

Partnering closely with Operations, Finance and Talent teams to deliver a unified people strategy
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Lead or HR Manager
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team
- Expertise in change management, HRIS optimisation and process improvement
- Solid understanding of Australian retail awards, performance management and employee experience strategies
- Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced start-up/owner-operated environment
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally work across international time zones
- Retail experience in Australia is highly desirable
