Your new company
You will be working for a purpose-driven organisation responsible for managing and overseeing eight sites across Sydney and the Hunter regions.

Your new role
- Providing support and advice to leaders on low-risk employee relations issues
- Providing support for workplace investigations
- Drafting ER letters and correspondence
- Maintain and update ER metrics and status reports
- Support workforce management activities including PD development, employee movements etc
- Providing HR project and administration support
- Support L&D learning initiatives and their coordination
- Recruitment support
- Audit and consolidate personnel files
- Review and update forms and registers
- Assist with drafting policy/procedures
- Support development of reporting metrics
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior HR Advisor or several years' experience as a Generalist, with deep knowledge and capability in the employee relations space
- A proactive approach to work with self-motivation and a drive to achieve
- Proficient knowledge and interpretation of employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Strong tech skills and digital literacy
