The opportunity

This is a new and diverse role key to developing a next generation employee experience, reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture.

You will be responsible for the management of the new HRIS system (Success Factors), including system design and development, day to day administration, user support and ongoing training.  .  You will also play a key role in creating a continual focus on employee experience and supporting leaders in cultural transformation. This will be achieved through administering our EX platform, developing EX frameworks, reviewing best practice methodologies and developing insights to create actions to enhance our employee’s experience. 

This role requires a collaborative and adaptable candidate who strives for the best outcomes for employees.  Technically, you will need experience in a generalist HR role, developing Employee Value Propositions, EX methodologies, HRIS administration (Success Factors HCM preferred) and strong qualitative and quantitative analytics skills.
