We're currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join a fast‑paced organisation on a short‑term contract, starting ASAP and running through to mid‑July. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle and can step in quickly to assist a busy People & Culture team.

The role
You will play a key role in coordinating day‑to‑day HR operations and ensuring smooth delivery across core people processes.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, variations and offboarding
  • Maintaining and managing employee records and HR systems
  • Assisting with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and supporting hiring managers
  • Drafting employment contracts and related HR documentation
  • Supporting HR reporting and maintaining data accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment requirements
  • Providing general HR administrative support to the wider team
About you
  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience working across the full employee lifecycle
  • Confident drafting contracts and managing HR documentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Experience in the not‑for‑profit, education, or similarly purpose‑driven sector highly desirable
  • Available to start immediately
