HR Coordinator | 3 months | Redfern
Role Overview:
A reputable company is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. This role is pivotal in orchestrating a wide range of HR activities and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and reporting.
- Recruitment Coordination:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for a diverse range of roles, from posting job ads, screening, scheduling interviews to pre-employment checks and onboarding.
- HRIS management:
Perform data entry into the payroll system and HR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Documentation Management:
Prepare high-quality correspondence and documentation, such as employment offers, memos, and other HR-related documents.
- Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact, responding promptly to enquiries from the Executive, managers, and staff, ensuring timely and effective communication.
What you need to succeed:
- Relevant experience in a similar HR Coordination role.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Experience building relationships and engaging with a broad range of people.
- Experience working within healthcare is highly desirable.
