Your new company
You will work in a small and supportive HR team, with an experienced manager. Your new company is a statutory body of the Victorian State Government and they require HR support due to an internal promotion. This stat body is based in Melbourne's CBD and plays a keys role within the Victorian State Government's legal system. You are joining a growing area of government.

Your new role
You will conduct a variety of general supportive duties, including those associated with recruitment. Responsible for the on-boarding of new starters and the associate tasks, as well as providing accurate and timely advice on HR matters to the business. In this role you will support recruitment and work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn. Proven experience in the HR space will be beneficial, whether this is coordinating or recruiting - both are desirable. You will be a team player able to support a busy and growing team with your exceptional organisation and can-do attitude.
