Your new role

As HR Coordinator, you'll be a key member of a close-knit team, supporting recruitment, administration, and engagement initiatives. You will support the organisation to create a Culturally safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes
  • Supporting with reporting, compliance, and engagement activities
  • Providing administrative support
  • Contributing to the implementation of Indigenous employment and inclusion strategies
  • Liaising with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth operations
You'll be part of a team that values Cultural safety and works to promote the self-determination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through inclusive policy and practice.
