Our client is an aged care provider and is located north of the CBD. They are seeking a talented and driven HR Coordinator to join the team.

Your new role

The client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience. If you are passionate about HR and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Coordinator or similar position.
  • The ability to speak Mandarin would be desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
