HR Coordinator, Sydney CBD, Financial Services, $75,000+ super

Your new company
A growing, global company in the Financial Services industry have an exciting job opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join their team based in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO you will operate as a stand alone HR generalist and will be responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates. You will also manage all HR Administration for the business including processing starters, leavers, contracts of employment together with coordinating all learning and development initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a HR or recruitment role and will have the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent organisational and administration skills together with a proactive approach.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of $65,000-75,000+ super depending on experience together with the opportunity to gain extensive generalist HR experience in a varied role.
