HR Partners is in search of an upcoming HR Business Partner to join our client, an iconic and multinational brand recognised for its inclusive and fun culture.
In this varied role, you would be joining a dedicated and collaborative team and will be reporting into an engaging HR Leader. You'll enjoy operating in a highly autonomous environment whilst being given the tools required to champion your own portfolio / region.
This is a true generalist and partnering opportunity that will see you provide high-quality advice, coaching, and mentoring, to achieve people and business objectives.
Main responsibilities;
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a seasoned HR professional (ideally a Snr HR Advisor or HRBP) with experience in ER/Case Management. You will need to have a collaborative attitude and be happy to roll up your sleeves to support your team and stakeholders. You'll also need to have the ability to be mobile; the role is field-based and will require regular travel.
