We are partnering with public sector organisation undergoing a significant enterprise-wide TechnologyOne implementation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders, project teams and stakeholders through a major organisational change initiative.

Your new role

Working closely with People & Culture and Technology leaders, you'll provide strategic HR advice, drive workforce readiness, support change management initiatives and help ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation project. This role will focus on aligning people strategies with project objectives while supporting leaders through change, workforce planning and organisational redesign activities.

  • Partner with project and business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Support workforce planning, organisational design and change management activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce strategy and people-related project impacts.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Coach leaders through organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Analyse workforce and HR data to inform decision-making and identify future workforce requirements.
  • Support the successful implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Contribute to recruitment, talent development and employee engagement initiatives where required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience within complex organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation, ERP or change programs.
  • Strong workforce planning and organisational design capability.
  • Experience undertaking change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation and workplace relations.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced project environment.
