We are partnering exclusively with a people-focused financial services organisation. They are currently looking for a collaborative HR Business Partner to join their Sydney team and support a variety of projects during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a twelve-month fixed-term contract role that can start immediately.
This is a true generalist role that offers exciting variety and the ability to work on thought-leading projects that you will see implemented in real-time. You will be joining a hardworking, down-to-earth team that will provide you with all of the resources and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have significant HR Generalist experience and will have worked in a highly regulated environment such as financial services. You will enjoy being a member of a team that regularly collaborates with one another and each HR member will often wear multiple hats. Excellent communication and partnering skills, along with the ability to adapt to new environments quickly will benefit you in this role.
