An experienced HR Business Partner is required for a successful organisation based North of the River.
Our client is seeking the expertise of an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of generalist services supporting the alignment of the HR strategy to the overall business objectives.

They are seeking an HR practitioner who possesses both qualification and experience in a similar role ideally within the mining and resources or heavy industrial sectors. You will be a proactive business partner who collaborates through open communication and visibility, influencing stakeholders with effective pragmatic solutions and a strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia. You will be able to demonstrate your experience in workforce planning, ER/IR, capability development, systems integration and supporting leadership at both an operational and strategic level.
This position will be offered on the basis of an 18-month fixed-term contract.
