Immediate start required for an experienced HR Business Partner within the mining sector
Our client has recently undertaken a restructure which has resulted in the request for additional support within the HR team.
Reporting to the GM of Human Resources, you will be responsible for partnering with a number of client sites with a strong emphasis on case management.
This is a temporary contract for a minimum of three months and requires an immediate start.
It is essential that you possess recent experience with the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards for Australia, and can demonstrate your ability to lead employee relations cases from start to finish. Exposure to the mining or a related sector would be preferred.
Access to a car is required, but onsite parking and gym are available.
