Your new company
In this 6-month contract you will be working for a leading financial services organisation. You will be paid an attractive daily rate of between $700-$800 p/d + super.
Your new role
- Drive key divisional HR initiatives, aligned with people priorities.
- Advocate for HR Service Delivery and support HR teams and business needs.
- Develop the HR calendar to deliver value and partner with business areas to execute people strategies.
- Enhance expertise and streamline processes across divisions and groups.
- Support HR leaders by adapting to prioritised work and changing requirements.
- Maintain a strong grasp of current divisional priorities.
- Build effective relationships with leaders at all levels.
- Leverage consultancy skills to identify challenges and provide solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5-7 years of business partnering experience, ideally with a financial services organisation
- Proven ability to lead and thrive in ambiguous situations.
- Strong decision-making skills and sound judgement.
- Solid business and commercial acumen.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly adaptable with the capacity to pivot when required.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Change Frameworks
- Demonstrates and role models agile and lean work practices.
