A Qualified generalist HR Business Partner with exemplary service delivery.
This high-performing human resources team offer service delivery to their client group within a shared services model.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will operate within a team and work alongside an HR Advisor for your specific portfolio.
Due to the nature of the client contract, you will be required to adhere to the processes, procedures and compliance frameworks and ensure accuracy and a high level of documentation.
You will provide generalist support coupled with leading case management related to performance, grievances and discplinaries, and assist with the implementation and communication for change management and projects.
It is essential that you possess a generalist human resources background with strong employee relations experience, excel in an environment where corporate governance is essential for the success of the contract and have the ability to interpret industrial tools and provide exemplary service through effective written and verbal communication.
Due to the nature of the tasks, you must possess recent working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
An immediate start is required, and you will need to be available for the full duration of the assignment.
