HR Business Partner required with high case management experience.
Our client is integral to the success of the mining sector, and they pride themselves on their service provision and team culture.
Additional support is required within the human resources team, with an HR Business Partnering opportunity arising within their offices based in the Eastern Suburbs.
Reporting to the National HR Manager, this position will provide site-based management with generalist human resources support and, in particular, assistance with leading case management across performance, grievances and disciplinaries.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR practitioner with recent exposure of leading case management and interpretation of enterprise agreements and awards. It is essential that you have prior working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
This position will be offered on a temporary basis for up to six months with the possibility of further extension or permanency.
Travel will be a requirement of the contract once per month, but possibly more.
