Our Client
Our client is in the energy sector and is located in the CBD. They are seeking a talented and driven HR Business Partner to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term basis.
Your new role
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting managers. You will also be required to be out on the road, building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Responsible for conducting investigations, managing cases and organising mediation, and deliver training.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and projects that align with business objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide coaching to managers and employees.
- Utilise HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
What you need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
