Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this State Government agency is seeking a VPS4 HR Business Partner to provide temporary relief supporting the Senior HR Business Partners with first point of contact HR advice, whilst also managing a HR inbox, including performance management, workforce planning, policies and recruitment for 3 months.
What you'll need to succeed- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar experience
- Proven HR Business Partnering capability, with sound ability to coach people leaders on the employment lifecycle, including performance management, workforce planning, policy uplift and recruitment is critical
- Established Victorian Public Service (VPS) experience is highly regarded, and is preferred
